Treets are digital perks that can be customised to unlock whatever you want it to. Use the Treet system to create event invites, V.I.P offers, or great offers on products.
Create them yourself or source them from partners to give your members something to enjoy and share.
First navigate to the “Passes & Treet” section from the left-hand menu.
This is your Treet overview, where you will see both the Treets you’ve created and the Treets you have from partners.
To get started press “Create new Treet”.
- The first step in creating a new Treet is to consider the name and description. Give your Treet a name that both excites the receiver and makes it clear what it unlocks.
- If there are any specific requirements or something that a receiver has to be made aware of, you can write it in the “Additional information” field.
- If you want, include 1-3 appropriate categories that best fit the Treet you are creating. This helps Intree suggest relevant partnerships for your community.
- Now choose and upload a fitting cover-photo for your Treet. Consider adding a few more images to the gallery to make it stand out.
- Now that your Treet has a name, description and some images, it’s time to decide “Where will people use your Treet?”. Treets have a verification system that works both for online stores and physical location. Consider how people unlock your Treet. If they have to show up at a physical venue, opt for the “In-physical location”. If the Treet unlocks something on a website choose “On web”.
- If you opt for the “in physical location” option, you get the option to select how you want to verify Treets. You can choose that whenever a customer redeems a Treet they receive a QR or Barcode, that can be scanned. Alternative you can choose the “Unique company ID” option. This way once the Treet is redeemed, it will reveal a unique code, that employees can quickly confirm to validate the Treet. You can find your unique company in the profile setting section.
- If you opt for the “on web” option, you can either add a static code, that can be used on a website, or upload a CSV file with unique codes. If you need help to structure your CSV file, download our template, and fill it out.
- Now it’s time to set a limit for total redeems and redeems per user.
- Total redeems defines how many times this Treet can be redeemed across all recipients.
- Redeems per user defines how many times a single member can claim this Treet.
- Choose whether to enable sharing or not
Enabling standard sharing, allows your members to share this Treet through the Intree app to other users. Be aware that, it is only possible, if the Treet is added to an Ambassador Pass.
- Shares per user defines how many other users each user can share this Treet to. Setting it to “1” means each member can share the Treet with one other person.
- Redeems per share defines how many times the recipient of the Treet can redeem it.
- Choose whether to enable advanced sharing or not
Advanced sharing is a Pro feature, that allows whoever receives a Treet via a share, to extend it even further. This option is great if you are looking to reach an exponentially large audience. If you enable it, you can decide how many “levels” a Treet can be shared.
- Now set a start and end date for when this Treet is available. It’s only within this time frame that users will be able to see, redeem and use the Treet.
- if you want to create anticipation for a Treet, you can set it to “upcoming”. This allows the Treet to be visible in app for users, but can only be used from the start-date,
- With Weekly schedule uou can also make a Treet only available in specific days and time-periods. Users can redeem the Treet outside this period, but the codes will first be visible when in the set times.
